My Standard Business Process

I designed the following standard business process in order to demonstrate my firm commitment to deliver the highest level of satisfaction to my clients.

Payment Terms Overview

For new clients and projects worth $2,000 and under, here is a brief overview of the payment terms:

25% prior to starting the project
50% prior to test release
25% upon project completion

For existing clients and projects whose price estimate exceeds $2,000, a custom payment plan will be created.

I accept all major credit card payments through PayPal secure payments.

Business Process Overview

The following is a brief overview of the standard business process. This process is designed to increase productivity through establishing clear channels of communication.

Step 1: Price Quotation

Once the initial communication is established and you decide that you want me to design and develop your site, I will list the functional requirement which will describe the project specification. Once both parties approve of the list, I'll give you a price quotation for the project. Then the 25% of project cost is due upfront.

Step 2: Website Design

The first process in the development of your website is the custom design of the website design template. I will create a website design template for you. You will then have the option of agreeing with the design layout of your website or request changes. The duration for this design process normally ranges from 1 to 3 days.

Step 3: Website Development

Once you have selected a satisfactory website design layout, your website will be engineered from the bottom up. Rendering of each webpage and the site's overall design-flow will be developed. I don't just build normal websites. I will include a built-in editing capability so you are not tied to me updating it. That means you will be able to update your website content yourself. And of course, I will make sure that your website is compatible with major web browsers, so it is accessible to as many people as possible. The duration for this process normally ranges from 4 to 10 days depending on the complexity of the project.

Step 4: Website Testing

I will install and configure your website once I receive your testing release payment (50% of total project cost). The testing stage allows you, the client, to review the initial specifications in the project plan document and to confirm that the final implementation has met all requirements.

Step 5: Project Delivery

Once you are confident that the final release has met the agreed requirements, the final payment of 25% will be due. Upon project completion, all source code and design template will be delivered. After your website is built, people would need to know it exists. So, I will also help you bring traffic to your website by submitting your website to major search engines like Google.
