non-fat cottage cheese
1 can
tuna in water

roma tomato

Instructions

Sprinkle the cottage cheese all over the pita. Drain the tuna and spread all over. Slice the tomato thinly and layer on top of the tuna. Season with whatever you want. Heat in the oven or grill for about 5 minutes. Enjoy.
